What does your interview process look like?

The interview process for each opportunity can vary, but the typical interview process includes the following:

    Phone Interview

After review of submitted CVs, phone interviews will be scheduled with candidates whose qualifications best match the needs of the opportunity. The phone interview is conducted by a recruiter and lasts 30 minutes or less on average. During this call, a candidate will learn more about the position and the organization as well provide further details regarding their background.

    Candidate Review

Upon completion of the phone interview, the recruiter will present the discussion from the call with the hiring team—a mix of clinical and administrative leadership.  After reviewing the information from the call, the team decides who they would like to invite onsite to meet with further.

    Onsite Visit

When inviting a candidate onsite, our goal is to provide the opportunity to meet with multiple team members to give a broader perspective of what it is like to be part of Endeavor Health Medical Group. An onsite visit consists of tours and the opportunity to meet with clinical and operational leadership, potential team members and program/service line leadership where needed.

    Offer

After a candidate has visited campus, the recruiter will gather feedback from the team. Once a decision has been made about who to present an offer to, the candidate will receive an offer letter from the service line director who oversees their future practice.

    Offer Acceptance/Contracting

Once the terms of the offer have been agreed upon and accepted by the candidate, the service line director will provide the candidate with a contract for review. When the contract has been signed and returned, Endeavor Health Medical Group will begin the onboarding process in preparation for the arrival of the new physician to the group.

Will I be notified either way about the decision that is made after the interview?

Yes, all candidates will be notified of the decision that is made by the group.

Are there opportunities to participate in teaching?

Yes, teaching opportunities are available.  Swedish Hospital has affiliations with various medical schools with both medical students and residents rotating through our campus.  In addition to the various partnerships, Swedish Hospital has its own family medicine, internal medicine, emergency medicine, pharmacy and podiatry residency programs.

How are salaries determined?

Salary and bonus expectations are benchmarked against the Medical Group Management Association (MGMA). Under our compensation model, physicians earn a guaranteed base salary during an initial ramp-up period and then shift toward a model based on productivity, quality and good citizenship. Endeavor Health Medical Group physicians expect great outcomes and they are rewarded for those high standards of care.  Employed physicians are provided with routine reporting on their goals for their specialty and for their personal performance.

Where can I learn more about benefits?

You can learn more about benefits here.  During the recruitment and hiring process, you will also be provided with additional benefit information.

Can I still submit my CV even if I don’t see an opportunity in my specialty listed?

Yes, we are always looking for passionate and innovative physicians to add to our team.  If we do not have an immediate need available, we will keep your information on file for future opportunities.
